A licensed real estate broker for more than 40 years and long-time appraiser and zoning official, Dave recently started a new business as a real estate "problem solver".
He is on call to help people with questions about the Highlands, relocation, zoning, neighborhood disputes, building construction and all phases of buying or selling properties. His goal is to take away the headaches of property ownership by sharing his behind-the-scenes knowledge of Hunterdon and Warren counties gained during the past four decades.
A noted raconteur, David is a three-term president of the Kiwanis Club of North Hunterdon, where he was named a Hixson Fellow. He is also a past district commissioner of the Hunterdon Arrowhead District of the Boy Scouts of America and a past member of the United Way Allocation Committee.
